Clipmasters.io offers a dynamic, subscription-based video editing service. We’re continuously on the hunt for creative and Experienced Project Managers to join our remote team full-time (40 hours/week).
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in a creative environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills (C1 or C2 level) and a proven track record in project or account management within an agency or marketing department. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
A Day in the Life
- Proactively respond to client inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage the requests inbox, ensuring video editors are clear on their tasks.
- Address video editor queries and review completed videos for client delivery.
- Handle billing questions, reassign editors, and enforce deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct calls with clients or team members as needed.
- Assist in sourcing stock footage or graphic elements to align videos with client briefs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in project/account management in a creative setting.
- Exceptional communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and quality.
