Marketing Associate (Talent Pool)

Overview

Clipmasters works with creators, brands, and fast-growing companies who need reliable, execution-focused marketing support. To meet growing demand, we’re building a talent pool of all-round Marketing Associates who can support clients across their entire marketing ecosystem.

This is not a narrow role. We’re looking for marketers who understand how the pieces connect—and enjoy working across analytics, content, growth, and operations.

Requirements:

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in marketing (agency, startup, or freelance)

  • Are highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Are genuinely all-round: strategic enough to understand the “why,” practical enough to execute

  • Are comfortable with data, tools, and numbers (even if you’re not a hardcore analyst)

  • Can write clearly and confidently in English

  • Are proactive, organized, and able to work independently

  • Enjoy supporting multiple projects and clients

  • Are curious and constantly improving your skills

Nice to have (but not required)

  • Experience with affiliate platforms or partnerships

  • SEO or content strategy experience

  • Email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp)

  • Familiarity with creator-led or content-driven businesses

  • Experience working remotely with international teams

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Associate in the Clipmasters talent pool, you may support clients with:

  • Tracking and interpreting marketing performance (Google Analytics, dashboards, basic reporting)

  • Blog and content production (research, writing, publishing, optimization)

  • Managing affiliate programs and partnerships

  • Supporting email marketing and funnels

  • Assisting with social media planning and execution

  • Coordinating with designers, editors, and other specialists

  • Keeping marketing systems organized and documented

  • Spotting gaps, opportunities, and improvements in client marketing workflows

You won’t be expected to do everything at once—but you should be comfortable switching contexts and learning quickly.

What we offer

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Long-term placement with clients through Clipmasters

  • Opportunities to work with creators and brands across industries

  • Exposure to a wide range of industries and marketing challenges

  • A team that values clarity, ownership, and growth

This is an associate role, not a one-off freelance gig. We’re building a reliable marketing talent pool for long-term collaboration.
