Clipmasters.io offers a dynamic, subscription-based video editing service. We’re continuously on the hunt for motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our remote team full-time (40 hours/week).
This position requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of Outbound Sales Experience, ideally with a background in client management and appointment scheduling.
The role demands versatility in engaging with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails, and efficiently managing customer relationships using CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of professional outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Skilled in managing client interactions and appointment scheduling. Please detail your experience with these tasks in your cover letter.

- Proficient in using CRM software, particularly HubSpot. Familiarity with Apollo for email management is a plus.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to work within the CET timezone. Though we offer flexible work hours, we require our team to work between 9am and 10pm CET.

Responsibilities:

- Daily Collaboration: Regularly engage with Sales Managers, and other team members.

- Client Interaction: Interact directly with potential clients to understand their needs, schedule appointments, and communicate effectively about our services.

- Cold Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls and emails to generate leads and schedule appointments.

- CRM Management: Efficiently manage and update customer information and sales activities in HubSpot.

- Email Communication: Respond to and manage client emails in Apollo, ensuring timely and professional communication.

- Sales Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
